Right of withdrawal
Since SYSTEM4 furniture is not prefabricated and an individual selection or determination by the consumer is crucial for its production, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for furniture (in DE according to § 312g, paragraph 2, item 1, BGB).
For reasons of goodwill, we grant a voluntary right of return. You can return your order within 14 days. The products must be in their original packaging, complete and clean; otherwise, the seller has the right to reduce the amount of the refund accordingly.

If payment was made by credit card, the refund (excluding shipping costs) will be credited back to the credit card; If payment was made in advance, the refund (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred back to your account. Normally a refund will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the goods by us.
