Delivery Time Information

Delivery Area

We deliver our products within Switzerland. Please note that an EORI number is required when shipping to companies in EU countries. You can find further information here.

Standard Delivery to Switzerland & Liechtenstein

Standard products are delivered to the address provided by the customer within 3–6 working days after receipt of payment. Depending on the shipping method, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, for example because the recipient is absent, a second delivery attempt or collection from a nearby parcel shop may be possible. Furniture weighing up to and including 80 kg is normally delivered by courier in packages weighing up to 30 kg each, while furniture weighing more than 80 kg is delivered by a freight carrier to the kerbside.

Standard International Delivery

Standard products are delivered to the address provided by the customer within 5–10 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery is normally made by courier in packages weighing no more than 40 kg each. Depending on the shipping method, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, for example because the recipient is absent, a second delivery attempt or collection from a nearby parcel shop may be possible.

Please note: VAT at the rate applicable in your country is charged directly upon import and invoiced directly to you. An additional import fee of CHF 10.– applies for goods with a value of up to CHF 2'632.– when shipped by GLS. For goods of a higher value, the import fee amounts to 0.38% of the value of the goods. For deliveries by TNT freight carrier, the import fee is EUR 25.– or 3.3% of the VAT amount, whichever is higher. Delivery is made to the kerbside.

Free Delivery Within Switzerland

Deliveries within Switzerland are free of charge.

For orders below CHF 120.–, a small-order surcharge of CHF 20.– applies.

Free International Delivery for Orders Over CHF 999.–

Delivery to the available EU countries is free of charge for orders over CHF 999.–.

For orders below CHF 999.–, shipping costs are calculated individually.

Collection

Alternatively, you may collect your purchase from Dielsdorf free of charge.

Assembly

Unless otherwise stated, the furniture is delivered unassembled. An assembly service can be booked upon request. Information and instructions for self-assembly can be found in the download area.

Showroom and Promotional Furniture

As showroom and promotional furniture has already been assembled and/or heavily discounted, it can be collected directly from Dielsdorf (ZH) or, depending on suitability, delivered to you for an additional charge.

Delivery area

The delivery of our items with or without an additional chargeable assembly/2-man home delivery service option takes place within Switzerland. For the other countries listed (currently BEL, DNK, GBR, ITA, LUX, NLD, AUT) only unassembled shipping by courier is currently possible. Please note that an EORI number is required when shipping to companies outside the EU. You can find here further information about this.

Standard shipping Switzerland & Liechtenstein

We deliver standard products (unassembled products that are ordered directly in the online shop) to the delivery address specified by the customer within three working days after receipt of payment. Depending on the shipping method, if the first delivery is unsuccessful (for example because the recipient is away), a second delivery or collection at a nearby parcel shop is possible. For furniture <= 80 kg, delivery is usually by courier, divided into packages of 30 kg each, for furniture > 80 kg by a freight forwarder to the curb.

Standard shipping abroad

We deliver standard products (unassembled products that are ordered directly in the online shop) to the delivery address specified by the customer within five working days after receipt of payment. Delivery is normally carried out by courier, divided into parcels of a maximum of 40 kg. Depending on the shipping method, if the first delivery is unsuccessful (for example because the recipient is away), a second delivery or collection at a nearby parcel shop is possible. Please note: Sales tax to the extent of your country is collected directly upon import and charged directly to you. Additional import fee of CHF 10.- (up to a goods value of CHF 2632.-), above this 0.38% of the goods value (for shipping via GLS), or EUR 25.- (or 3.3% of sales tax, if the amount is higher) for shipping via TNT . Delivery takes place to the curb.

Free delivery within Switzerland

Unassembled deliveries within Switzerland are free of charge.
For an order volume of less than CHF 120.-, the small quantity surcharge is CHF 20.-

Note on delivery times

Due to the current situation, delivery times for certain items may be longer than normal. Please check the parts list for your desired piece of furniture under "Description" to see whether there is a longer delivery time.

Free delivery abroad from CHF 999.-.

Unassembled deliveries to possible EU countries are free of charge for orders over CHF 999.
For orders under CHF 999, shipping costs will be calculated individually.

Pickup

Alternatively, you can pick up your purchase in Dielsdorf at no additional cost.

Assembly

The furniture is - unless otherwise stated or selected - unassembled.
Information and instructions for self-assembly can be found at support.system4.ch.

Showroom/promotion furniture

Since showroom/promotion furniture is already assembled and/or heavily discounted, you can pick it up directly in Dielsdorf (ZH) or, depending on suitability, have it delivered to you for a fee.

Home delivery with assembly

The requirements for chargeable delivery with assembly at the place of use are defined as follows:

The route to the destination must be freely accessible. For example, entrances, stairwells and corridors must not be blocked or blocked.
It must be possible to move across floors without technical aids.

The costs for this are (including VAT):

Goods value up to CHF 3000 => CHF 99.- + 16% of the non-discounted value of the goods
Value of goods CHF 3000 to 7250 => CHF 639.-
Goods value over 7250 => 10% of the non-discounted value of the goods

The delivery time including assembly is usually two weeks and depends on the workload of the fitters.

Cost calculation for dismantling / moving

The requirements are identical to “home delivery with assembly”.
The entire cost calculation (according to prices for "home delivery with assembly") consists of:

Cost calculation for (partial) dismantling (based on elements to be dismantled) ;
plus cost calculation for (partial) new construction.

If a piece of furniture is moved to another room in the same place, an additional CHF 30 will be charged (excl. VAT ) per transportable piece of furniture (depending on the previous, calculated partial dismantling).

If a piece of furniture is moved to another location, an additional CHF 30.- (excl. VAT) will be charged per transportable piece of furniture ( depending on prior partial dismantling) plus travel time between origin and destination in minutes / 60 * CHF 80.- (excl. VAT).
