Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Since SYSTEM4 furniture is not prefabricated and its manufacture is based on an individual selection or specification made by the consumer, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for furniture (in Germany pursuant to Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

As a gesture of goodwill, we grant a voluntary right of return. You may return your order within 14 days. The products must be in their original packaging, complete and clean. Otherwise, the seller is entitled to reduce the amount of the refund accordingly.

Refunds

If payment was made by credit card, the refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited back to the credit card. If payment was made in advance, the refund, excluding shipping costs, will be transferred back to your bank account.

Refunds are normally processed within 10 working days after we receive the returned goods.
