As a rule, delivery takes 3-6 working days. 

In the case of delivery with assembly, the delivery dates are agreed directly with the customer by our assembly partner.

• Goods value up to CHF 3,000: CHF 99 + 16% of the undiscounted value of the goods 
• Goods value CHF 3,000 to 7,250: CHF 639.-
• Goods value over 7,250: 10% of the undiscounted value of the goods

Sheets can be loaded with a maximum of 50 kg. Please note that the trays with a width of 75 cm must be attached to the crossbars with all four screws. 

The drawers (standard) can be loaded with a maximum of 35 kg. The drawers with self-closing mechanism (Profi) can bear a maximum load of 50 kg. 

Castors can be loaded with 25 kg. For example, if a piece of furniture has four castors, it can be loaded with a maximum of 100 kg (furniture weight + contents).

With SYSTEM4, you can also design wardrobes. Our online configurator covers all the necessary elements.

The colours can also be ordered as samples. These will be sent to you by e-mail on request. You can also find colour samples in our flagship store and showroom.

Yes, SYSTEM4 can also be installed around a corner – this can be done directly in the configurator. For more complex requirements, our experts will be happy to take care of the planning. Simply email us your ideas at info@system4.ch – ideally in the form of a sketch or a photo – so that we can provide you with a quote.

If you would like to route cables through the back of your SYSTEM4 furniture, you can replace the full back panel with two smaller panels, arranged either horizontally or vertically. This creates a gap approximately the diameter of a tube, allowing cables to pass through easily.

Auf einer ausgeklappten Klapptüre können leichtere Gegenstände abgestellt werden. Da sie bei Zusatzbelastung etwas nachgibt, ist sie nur bedingt dafür geeignet um darauf zu schreiben.

The standard widths of SYSTEM4 are 37.5 cm (center of tube to center of tube) and 75 cm respectively.
Open compartments are also available in a width of 18.75 cm.

The standard height of SYSTEM4 is 37.5 cm (tubes).
Drawers and open compartments are also available in a height of 18.75 cm (tubes).
Open shelving units are also available in heights of 75 cm and 18.75 cm (tubes).

Depths (at standard height)
The standard depth of SYSTEM4 is 37.5 cm (center of tube to center of tube), or 39.5 cm (edge to edge).
Office pedestals are also available in depths of 77.2 cm and 60 cm.
Open shelving units (with shelves and side panels only) are also available in a depth of 20.8 cm.
Open shelving units (with shelves and side panels only) in white are additionally available in a depth of 27 cm.
Open shelving units (with glass shelves in clear or black glass only) are also available in a depth of 51.5 cm.

Tabletops are available (depending on the material) in the following sizes

Yes, counter plates are required if the accessory is used as a freestanding element or if there is an open compartment on both the left and right sides. Otherwise, an additional mounting side panel is attached. There are no intermediate panels in the SYSTEM4 range.
